1. Print the petition form
Each petition page has room for up to 15 signatures.

2. Write in the county name
Before collecting signatures, fill in the blank for the county on the petition page. Each petition page may contain signatures from only one county.

3. Collect signatures from eligible voters
Ask friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and others in your network to sign, as long as they are eligible voters living in the county listed on that page.

4. Make sure each signer completes all required information
Each signer should fill out:

• their signature

• their Iowa residential street address

• their city

• the date

5. Mail completed petitions back to the campaign
